Question about 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee
I also assume that the SRS light is illuminated?! The cause of this issue is called a "clock spring". This a black circled box which contains a ribbon of wire to allow an axis so you can still turn the wheel and have electrical connections for all of your accessories. Find this at Jeep and if you need instructions on how to replace it, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include the year, make, model and sub model (i.e.special edition, grand cherokee).
