06 Torrent changed the map sensor and erased the code.p0107 returned.Checked all vacuum hoses and cleaned the MAF sensor code came back checked the wiring to for ground Please help me solve this.

Check the continuity of the wires. Pull the tape off the wires and using the ohm meter lowest setting, probe the wires a couple inches back and check the reading to the corresponding pin. Being this close the readings should be .01 , maybe .02 ohms. If it reads OL, the wire is broken or has so much resistance it is out of range Either way, fix or place the plug.

2001 eclispe gt smells of gas, engine codes p0101, p0107

P0101 is the MAF (mass air flow) sensor that measure the amount of air entering the engine. Not enough air means rich running and a possible cause of fuel smell. Apart from running a little rougher there aren't always many signs that something is wrong.
P0107 is the MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor and responds to changes in manifold inlet pressure (vacuum). Problems cause include hard to start, long cranking times, sputtering/missing, blowing black smoke, poor fuel economy.

Hi!!I have a code on my 2003 nissan altima it reads p0107.I've changed the mfs its loosing power.Any suggestions?

code p0107 refers to manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor/barometric pressure (BARO) sensor--low input===causes wiring short to ground.---MAP sensor---Baro sensor----ECM
Maybe you didn't change the right sensor.

What does lean onright bank mean?

PO 107 --Manifold Absolute Pressure Circuit Low Input

Lean Right bank --has to do with an Oxygen Sensor or
other things causing an O2 Code

I suggest you have a repair shop properly diagnose &
find out what the real issues are

DTC Code P0107

P0107 -- CONTINUOUS
Continuous diagnostic trouble code P0107 indicated barometric pressure out of range low was detected during normal operation.

Possible cause
- faulty internal BARO sensor (PCM)

Perform KOEO On-Demand Self Test.
Is P0107 present?
Yes, REPLACE PCM. CLEAR DTC and RETEST.
No, P0107 is intermittent fault. CLEAR DTC. If DTC reappears, REPLACE PCM.

If you keep getting it, a new PCM is the only fix.

RUNNING HARD TROUBLESHOOTING CODE P0107

That's the MAP sensor. Either clean it or replace it. Right on top of the engine near the firewall next to the throttle body, will take you litterally seconds to replace.

Also, a throttle body cleaning is probably due.
