If the plugs have been in the engine for 100,000 miles (platinum plugs), it's about time. Replace the plug wires as well. Hope this helps!

I have nisssan frontier o6 4 cylinder, I put a fuel pump , crank sensor, spark plug, still no start, engine spin over.

I would first check fuses. Second, check for any codes in the system. To make a motor run you need air, fuel, and spark. Pull a spark plug and use a spark plug tester while cranking the motor to determine if you have spark. If no spark, and you have replaced crank sensor I would suspect ignition control module unless you have coil over plugs. Also, when you turn the key on, listen for the injectors squirting fuel. Hard to diagnose with such little info. Just know your are missing one or more elements causing it not to start. If there is a mechanical issue inside the motor this could also cause a no start condition.

How To Find An Electrical Engine Miss

One way to find an engine miss, start the vehicle, and with a pair of leather gloves, (so you don't get a jolt and you might want to remove each wire boot and reinstall with the motor not running, this will help ease removal of the spark plug wires when the motor's running, also spraying some WD-40 and twisting the spark plug wire boots will help in removal of the spark plug wire). You'll want remove 1 spark plug at a time, if the engine bogs down or idle drops, put the wire back on, go to the next spark plug wire, until you get to the spark plug wire that has no effect on the running of the motor when you remove the spark plug wire from the plug, that is the cylinder that has a problem. The problem causing this could be the spark plug (wrong spark plug gap), a bad spark plug wire, the terminal on the distributor cap, or even an internal engine problems i.e, intake or exhaust valves, bent pushrods, broken or weak valve springs, or bad compression rings on the piston. This will help you narrow it down to what cylinder it is. If removing all of them doesn't make much difference, there could be a vacuum leak, caused by a broken or disconnected vacuum hose or fuel delivery problems, plugged fuel filter, low fuel pressure, or a bad fuel pressure regulator.

Has a mist in motor

A miss or mist? If it is mist, possibly radiator hose, heater hose, oil sending unit. What kind of fluid is it? If it is a miss then first thing would be change the spark plugs if they haven't been changed in a while. If it keeps missing after that try pulling the spark plug wires one at a time with some spark plug wire pliers. If you pull one and it doesn't make a difference then that is the cylinder that isn't working. Put a spark plug in that wire and see if it is firing by grounding the base of spark plug and watching it. If it doesn't fire first try putting on a spark plug wire, if that doesn't fix it, you must have a bad coil pack. If you have spark when doing the test above then maybe an injector that isn't working. Please rate my answer so I am rewarded points for it.

Locate the spark plug which is missing its lead, then press the lead back into the spark plug cavity (in the engine).

Engine cuts out or misses

when a engine cuts out or miss fires its usually caused by worn or bad spark plugs and plug wires it can also be a worn or bad distributer cap and rotor if the motor has one most motors have coil packs witch do go bad but not as often i would check the plugs and wires first.
