you said you just replaced the fan speed resistor. make sure to check your connection and also check the fuse and if it does not work you might have to check your fan motor itself.

100%: This is the Blower Motor Resistor that needs to be replaced. It is located adjacent the Blower Motor. You will have to take the Dash Glove Box off to gain access.

Heater Problem

If your heater works when you have it on high all the time then its your resistor. other wise you need a wiring diagram and a ohmmeter to test it.
