Because of its age, your better off using clear bathroom silicon sealant around the screen (use the nozzzle at its thinnest to inject it DEEP into the join).then wipe off the excess with a damp cloth.you must do it on a DRY day to achieve best results.the other alternative is a screen refit.

My chrysler grand voyager blows out very cold air from under the glove box not the feet vents and hot air from all the other vents how can you have hot and cold at the same time

My 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan was missing the plastic cover for the cabin air filter compartment. Since the cabin air filter is right next to the blower motor, it's the first place the cold AC air can blast out instead of being properly channeled through the duct work and vents. On my van it's located under the dash at passengers' left foot, maybe yours is the same? Take a look under the dash, you'll see the edge of the cabin air filter exposed in an opening roughly 1.5" X 10". You can special order a new cover at the dealer or pull one at your favorite junk yard. It's a good time to install new filter. Pull out the old filter and use a flashlight to look up in the compartment. Mice like to nest there.

The Rad fan on my p reg chrysler voyager 200cc

If the air temperature is high then this may be "normal" as there is a temperature switch which is powered after the ignition is turned off so the fan may continue for some minutes after you stop the engine. If it's still going after about 15 minutes you may need to replace the temperature switch.

Does 2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager have a Pollen Filter / Cabin Air Filter. If so, where is it lokated?

In 2000 the only Grand Voyager that was equiped with a cabin air filter was the 6 cylinder 3.3 liter Sport model.

Cabin filters are generally found in one of two locations: under the hood, or under the dash board.

Heating doesnt work - no hot air in chrysler grand voyager

(check water/ antifreeze level first, make sure it's full, low water can cause it not to heat properly) it could possibly be either the thermostat- fairly cheap and easy to fix, great for DIY's- if that doesn't fix it, it could be heater core.
