Put belt spray on it, or change belt if needed. then you can check all pullies for looseness. you may be getting the noise from the idler pully, or the tensioner. have a good day !!

Honda civic engine siren nosie

The main reason can be serpentine belt tensioner. Few more components that make siren noise are

1. When an alternator fails

2. If vacuum leak is there, then also vehicle may create siren noise. But in that case check engine light may come up.

The very first step you would be taking is to check the serpentine belt.

Nosy belt, can it be problematic?

Not unless there are sever cracks in the belt itself. They sell belt dressing at local autoparts stores. Usually a sign of a old worn belt and would recommend replacement

Brakes makin nosie

Sounds like a wheel hub assembly is bad without seeing it. Alot of GM vehicles have the ABS wheel speed sensors built into the hub assemblies. Should be able to narrow the noise down by driving the car slightly turn left and right noise should change from loud to soft when turning the wheel. ( if you turn left and noise gets louder hub on right front is noisey.Opposite will occur if left side is bad)

Belt problem?

sounds like the AC compressor may be defective and pulling an excessive load on the engine. You should also have the automatic belt tensioner checked
