Had serpertine belt put on, since then engine light has stayed on and car leaks power steering fluid.

check if your serpentine belt has been reinstalled as per the belt diagram which you should find under your hood or on the radiator support.
I suspect that your belt routing is bad.
Hope it will help

There is green fluid spraying from the top of my radiator causing my engine to smoke. No overheating alarms are going off.

sounds like you have a pinhole in the radiator... it will take a long time to set the warning lights off with a pinhole but will make a mess and get worse ...i would say fix it before it becomes a big hole

2002 chrysler voyager overheating ..intermittent

Thermostat is in a metal housing at the end of the radiator hose where it connects to the engine.

The housing is held down by two bolts.
Remove the bolts, remove the thermostat and scrape the gasket and sealant from the housing and the manifold.

When replacing, use Permatex #2 - non-hardening gasket sealant.
