Question about 2003 Ford Focus
First place to start is the battery, I am assuming that you have tried to charge the battery. If you have then i would remove the battery and take it to a parts store, ie: Autozone, Oreilys etc. Have them test it to be sure that it is still good. If not, replace it. IF you have lights and radio etc. I would remove the starter and have it tested the same way.
