Is it true the 01 grand am 2.4 se 4 cyl does not require spark plug wires? how crazy does that sound.. Is it due to the twin cam or quad four. My auto parts store tells me i only need these small insulators.?????????

where are my spark plugs located.

Remove the top cover that says 2.4 L on it, the spark plugs are underneath. Like me, you'll feel like an idiot for not knowing.

1997 pontiac grand am 4 cyl. had spark plugs changed in feb. has had trouble starting in past, now it wont start. it turns over and fuel is getting to it but just wont start...plz help

The ignition control module needs to be replaced. It is located on the cover you remove to replace the spark plugs. You can have it tested before you buy a new one to be sure it's bad.

2001 grand am 2.4L code PO304 cyl 4 misfire detected. what is it?

This could be that the coil it's self is going bad or you have a crack on the boot part that connects to the spark plug.
