Cut visor wires and now radio and windows don't work

Hi, it is likely you have burned fuse 17 in the fuse panel by the driver's left knee.

Radio and windows gas gauge not working

Did the sun visor have a light up make-up mirror? If it did I'm guessing that the wire or wires that went to it are now shorted out, either to each other or the metal car body. Try to get at this wire or wires and apply electrical tape as insulation. You can probably check in your owner’s manual to see it the make-up mirror shares a fuse with the radio windows and gas gauge. Re-check that fuse to make sure it's not blown. Also check to see if there is a fusible link that may be blown. Maybe the short in the make-up mirror is not pulling enough current to blow the fuse but enough to drop the voltage and mess up the function of the radio, windows, and gas gauge.

Glove box light and visor mirror lights are out

Are your headlights turned on? My visor mirror lights only work when the headlights are on.
