First try a new bulb on one side of the brake light at the rear if still not working then i suspect it will be the brake light switch assuming your fuses are all good.

Dash and tail lights not workjng brake and turn signal on passanger side not working

The dash and tail lights are on two different circuits, and the brake and turn signals are on different circuits, so at least 4 circuits total.
I would start at the headlight switch and check for power on the first two issues.

I have a 01 GMC Sonoma. One night noticed i had no tail lights. But my brake lights work. I have blinkers and hazards. I have checked all the fuses and the blubs. I also have power back to the sockets.

Well, if you have power on the tail light circuit you should have lights. The tail light circuit is different from brake and turn signal, and they both use the same ground.
Are you sure you have power on the tail light circuit to the bulbs ? And are the parking lights out for the front too ?

I have 89 bronco 2 my brake lights turn signals both work my tail lights don't work have check fuse n blubs what might be the problem

The turn signals and brake lights use the same circuit and filament in the bulbs. The tail lights are on the other circuit which comes from the headlight switch.
Do you have power on the tail light fuse ?

I have a 2000 chevy 2500 and the tail lights, tag lights and brake lights have stopped working, I checked the bulbs and they are good, fuses are good. Have not replaced the brake relay under the hood. Do I...

check for power at the wires going intop the tail lights, real common that the circuit board is bad, but unlikely both at the same time. The tag, tail lights and brakes are 2 different systems. Do the turn signals work normally? if so the wiring from the turn signal switch to the brake lights is GOOD. the stop light switch had\s a ORANGE wire that should have 12V if not ck STOP LPS fuse, when brake pedal is depressed, the WHITE wire is 12V (at the stop light switch) if that is OK, the turn signal switch COULD be bad. The wiring harness plug is near the back left under the tailgate, see if that is disconnected?

Back turn signals aand brake lights are out, but the the tail light s work. What does this mean and how can i fix it. i checked the fuses and did not see any burnt out

Because the brake and tail(or running lights) are two different circuits. You should find that the stop and turn-signals have their own fuse. Even if the fuse looks okay it may not be. But if you replace the fuse and it still doesn't work try the four-way flasher. If the lights in the rear flash and the brake lights still don't work. Your problem then becomes a power distribution problem. If you know about test lights and troubleshooting this type of problem check for power at the connections for the stop/turn-signal fuse. The power side of the fuse should be the one that has two wires hooked up to it.

1996 Chev Silverado K3500 dually, no brake lights

Check at the light socket in the rear, where your lights don't work. You need a test light or a voltage meter, and check to see that you have a groun there, power for your parking light, and power to the brake light. You should have power for the parking lights seeing that it works, and a ground. Just verify that your power for the brakes is getting to the bulb, or not. Just a good place to start.
And you are correct that if the third brake light works (top) your brake light switch is fine.
