The way you describe this problem the cause seems to be in the fuel system losing pressure. But even then, if you crank long enough it should start. Check your fuel pressure. It may be useful to check your fuel filter.

Very possibly a vacuum issue. Maybe a line that needs vacuum for the trans is on an inlet that effects the throttle. Not sure how old your vehicle is.

Car stutters at 2000 rpm range and has a hard time starting when warm

Well, If you have changed all of the above the only thing left is the cat. converter. If they are stopped up the engine will shut down to protect itself, it can't breathe. Look under car and see the cat. converter? Is it purple? kick it and see if it rattles.

Speedomater goes to 120 rpm,s drops to 0 van sthalls

remove and clean idle air control valve. clean the end of valve, do not put body in any liquid. and also clean around in throttle body at throttle plate for carbon deposits that are making throttle not close all the way. this happens on a lot of caravans. have a good day !! make sure fuel filter is not clogged up. if light is on have it scanned. most auto parts stores will scan for free. auto-zone etc. it is hard to tell without being there but try above to see if this takes care of problem.

After cleaning the throttle body it looks to be stuck and RPM remain above 2000 when idling. Engine accelerates and decelerates going back to idling at about or above 2000 RPM.

When you cleaned the throttle body, did you remove the Idle Air Control valve/motor (IAC)? A dirty or defective IAC can be the result of your problems. The IOAC regulates your vehicles idling under various condictions. Try cleaning it first then replace if needed.

Please remeber to rate this solution. Thanks!

I researched this & you need to replace the throttle body gasket & get the throttle body re-calibrated. Seems to be dealer only. Also, the t.p.s. (throttle position sensor) could be bad.
