You have an issue with the switch itself - you'll need to pull off the steering wheel to change out the headlight switch assembly. It's not that difficult of a job and should go quickly.
Good luck!!

Need to check the ground path on the squealing relay. A poor ground will cause this condition.

High beam wont turn on, righ high beam work fine but the left one (driver side) wont kick on. ive put three different bulbs into it and it wont kick in.

a svinarich, In the engine compartment you will find a fuse box or power distribution box. Look inside the cover and it should tell you which fuse is for the left side high beam. Check the fuse as it may be blown. If the fuse is good then you have to check the wiring to the high beam. Wiggle the wires after turning the high beams on as there may be a short in the wires. Good luck with this.

Low beam headlamps wont turn on change bulbs and checked fuses and still wont come on.

did you check for a relay in your fuse panel? there should be a relay that controls your low beams and one for your high beams. check for that and then if high beams are working swap it with low beam relay. if your problem switches to low beams working and high beams not working replace the bad relay.
