When you turn your key, make sure radio,ac, fan and all accessories are off turn the key to the run mode not quite to start let it sit about 10 seconds then turn it over, it could be spark plugs, fuel pump, or fuel filter :) hope this helps :)

if it starts after letting the car sit then the problem is your fuel system... some where in that area (pump, filter, injector, carb, line, out of gas,) open your airfilter box and use ether (starting fluid) in a aserol can and have a second hand turn the key over if it starts but wont stay running then its almost 100% guaranteed that its a fuel issue

I have a 87 honda accord that wont start, i replaced battery and cables and still wont start . have chkd starter, fuses. the only way to start it is to push start .

Sounds like it could most likely be something to do with your fuel pump.

1.) Video one may show you why your Honda started the few times it did but stopped .. Electrical solder connection potentially. fast forward to 1:48 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=viIZ8k60awY

1.)The fuel pump relay is under the dash, in the fuse box. I would also suggest you check the fuel pressure. It should be 2.6 to 3.3 psi with the engine OFF and key ON. If it is a bad fuel pump, there is an access cover in the trunk that allows access to it without removing the fuel tank.

2.) See if this video resembles your start up problem this will cover your relay if there is a problem at all. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=38DQ5IVQQ68

3.) Testing your fuel pump. This guys video Is a little slow but may help with your problem just fast forward to 1:20 in the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lOF6nCImxNI

If you need to buy parts I would recommend ebay for to get them much much cheaper than the local auto parts.. Usually comes in with in a few days..

Well let me know what you end up with from there I could help you further! BEST OF LUCK ! :)

95 Tracer will not start.

I would want to know what the actual fuel pressure is at the injector rail. Its very unlikely you have more than one failed injector, and it will run on the other 3.
The fuel in the filter means that the pump is putting out at least a couple of pounds of pressure, but may not be enough to run the car.
Is the check engine light on ? Will it start if you use starting fluid to boost fuel supply ?

98 Mercury Tracer starts missing and dies after 60 - 80 miles

U can go to any autozone, kragen or other chain auto parts stores and they will run the trouble code test for free, let me know what they find if anything, this also may be a fuel pressure problem

94 tracer problem

not sure about the popping thing, but about the fan, try hot wiring the fan motor to the battery to make sure the motor is not burnt out. could also be a relay or a fuse link. I'm working on a 95 and having trouble locating the fuse links. I replaced my radiator fan motor, thermostat was busted, dropped new fuses in and a relay. Still no fan action. Mine must be a fuse link. If you are lucky it will be something quick to diagnos. Good luck.

Air bag light

Check for a recall on this. I have a dodge caravan and the clock spring was bad.
You can try to disconnect the battery for a few minutes to reset the light if you want to.
