This is a common fault with clios especially the 3dr models but it still occurs in the 5dr models as well, I've had a 3dr clio and currently own a 5 dr clio as I'm a young driver my friends move the passenger seat back and forth a lot so this is causing the problem, to fix it cost free you have to.
1) Open the car - leave keys out of ignition
2) Look under drivers seat, middle front for a grey connector with a yellow side clip
3) Pull the yellow clip sideways, then disconnect the grey connector - count to 30
4) Plug back in, push yellow clip back in
5) Start car - serv light + airbag light off
If this still doesn't work repeat on passenger side seat
Hope this helps its worked for me in both of my clios! :)
