Best advice is to ask in the dealers ,i cannot in honesty say i have ever seen one or even can i think of what it does from your description but anyway ask in dealers or if you see one in a supermarket carpark ask the owner to look at theirs .i would imagine it must go flush with the boot and the curtains you describe outside to keep the rain out ?? but i do not know so i would ask in dealers

Broken electric window

Cut up a block of hard plastic, rounding the corner to make it easy for the wire to slide on, or make a small roller out of a curtain rail component and fit it onto a metal plate with a nut and bolt though its centre. Then rivet it onto the regulator bracket. As you rivet it, pull the wire and compress the springs into their nylon sockets to make the wires remain under tension. I successfully repaired mine and the result was better than the pathetically weak original bits.

Where under the hood is the horn located on a 2004 sunfire ?

Behind the plastic shroud under the front bumper, passenger side.

Easiest way to get to it is to take out the passenger side headlamp and look down, there will be a small flap of rubbery plastic. CAREFULLY pull out the clips and pull that out of the way, its right behind that.

Heater fan only works on high why would that be?

Blower motor resistors are shot or the switch is bad.
In high speed blower motor gets Direct B+, it doesn't go threw the resistors.

Turbo used to whistle cant hear whistle and there is slight rattle when accelerating

Same thing happened to me.
First check the intake plumbing for a boost leak. Ripped flex pipe, loose clamps. Pull off the small vent in the bumper (right side) and check if the intercooler took a hit. Inside the right front wheelwell look and see if the plastic liner is intact or if the intercooler is exposed- could have taken a rock hit, unlikely but it's an easy thing to check and doesn't cost a dime to look

Then no matter what you find with the boost leak you have to get your hands on a vac pump. There's a vac line that runs to the underside of the turbo. It goes to a 'pod' on the bottom. Follow it up to the T, then hook the vac pump there. You want to test the vac pod on the turbo to see if it holds pressure. Pump it up while feeling the actuator rod on the turbo. (You want to do this on a cold engine by the way)
When you apply vaccuum the rod should move smoothly AND it should hold vaccuum. If it seems like it is draging and poping free the actuator is shot. Or it bleeds down at all then either you have a leak in the vac line or the vac actuator needs to be replaced.

Wet rear seats coming from a leak which looks to be coming in through the boot and then under the seat?

Inside the rear wheel well behind the plastic liner there should be a rubber grommet which is used to access different wire harnesses for different equipment. Ex. all wheel drive, HID option with leveling sensor. The grommet might have come loose or is missing and probably has a small tear which let rain water from the road enter your vehicle. Also underneath the rear seat is the fuel tank which has an access port to service wet fuel pump assemblies in the tank. The cover plate must be off it's rest position and letting road water in when it rains.

My winshield water reservoir is leaking. how can i get to it behind the fender?

If it's behind the fender, you will need to remove the wheel and the fender liner if it has one. Usually, fendor liners are only held in place by plastic push rivets that are easily removed.
