A vacuum hose has either broken or become disconnected. It could be under the dash or where it comes from the engine.

its possibly a part called the "blend-door" accuator, i had to replace this on my 99' gt. unfortunatley its not an easy part to get to an the easiest way is to remove the entire dash.

My 1995 ford mustang is blowing air out of the defrost vents instead of the ac vents

You need to trace the vacuum lines that run from the air box at the fire wall to see which one is broke. Once you locate that buy a piece of rubber hose that fits tight and slide onto it. Should fix the problem.

Sounds like the Defrost selection is selected. Is any cold air coming out? if not check the charge on the A/C freon.

1995 mustang blowing only hot air and overheating

I would replace the thermostat. Sounds like it is stuck. Follow the upper radiator hose to where it hooks onto the engine. The thermostat is inside the housing that the hose hooks onto. Hope this helped and best wishes.

95 mustang Still tring to get air to blow out vents will only blow hot air out the defrost holes... no matter if i put it on vent or AC or heat its the same temp and it comes from the defrost holes Some...

check the vacuum lines in the selector switch. the baffles that switch from hot air and cool air are vacuum controlled and if the lines are detached or cracked the suction will not move the baffles.

Driver side vent is blowing out hot air, passenger side is blows out cool air

Damper/flap for driver's side is probably stuck. Try moving the selector from cold to hot several times. Also, move the recirc/outside air control if the previous doesn't work.
