SOURCE: who would replace a blown airbag in a RVR

Call a body shop and see where they get it done at, don't go to a dealership it will just cost more. And it's going to be about a grand.

Driving changed rotors bearings calipers lines master cyinder an still does same thing

I would presume this is a potential issue with the master cylinder not allowing fluid to return to the reservoir.
If the ABS had an issue, then the issue would likely be between the ABS unit and the brake unit.

NO BRAKES WHEN ENGINE IS RUNNING

Brakes and engine are totaly diferent systems. Do you have brakes when engine is off? If so the only conection between engine and brakes could be vacume which is created by the engine stored in the chamber at the master cylinder to assist with brakes but does not overide personal brake presure only help increase braking. If trully you have less breaking preasure with the engine running then check the vacume line at the master cylinder to see if there is a vacume or maybe preasure?

2005 silverado brakes sticking front only after driving little

I had the same problem and replaced both calipers with no change, I figured it was the master cylinder. When I pulled off the master cylinder I saw the vacume booster had about 2 cups of brake fluid in it which leaked from the front of the master cylinder. I replaced master cylinder and vacume booster and brakes work great now.

Yes, you installed a cylinder head that the engine control system is not calibrated for.

Check your master cylinder, when your brakes get hard like that there is a issue with your master cylinder not allowing the fluid to flow properly. Please rate

When driving the brakes will lock up randomly

You have a Master Cylinder/Vacum problem. The Master Cylinder Utilizes Vacum to provided Boost, if your vacum system is not working properly your brakes will malfunction. If the issue is a rear brake locking up double check your brake assembly on the rears. They are spring and Caliper combination and if the emergency brake cable is routed wrong or getting snagged it will activate the brakes and cause them teo lock up.
