remove the trim panel at the very rear of trunk, remove it and place it out of the way, remove tail light Assembly retaining nuts top and bottom, I think there are 6 per side, pull the tail light assembly straight back to access the bulbs for replacement.

There is a latch to the Van's outside just insert a flat blade screw driver and the turn light assembly will swing toward the middle of the van.
Once open the lamps twist out.

I just did it last week. You have to remove the 2 nuts( in the trunk) that hold the tail light assembly to the car . One bolt is long and is against the inside fender, the other is easier to get at. Once the nuts are removed yank at the tail light ***'y from the out side and pull it loose( it may stick a little because of the rubber seal. . The light bulb then is removed from the ***'y by twisting, a locking bulb holder. You can get the bulbs at Wal-mart. They are sold in 2 packs. Len Florida
