Question about 2007 Toyota Camry
I have worked on this and they put a clutch system ( only thing I can think of to call it) On the cam shaft to give it variable speed. It is like having to replace the timing belt. this is a costly fix. not for the novice . have it check at a garage, it could be an electrical problem, the on I did was. The part I believe was $300.00 plus. So take it to a mechanic that you can trust
