Question about 2005 Ford Explorer
This problem is faced by many other too.the battery of the vehicle gets internally drained and causes this error code problem.if your battery is too old then get irt replaced.but if its new or not very old battery then get it checked by replacement battery first and confirm the problem. In most cases its battery problem.
but if in case the same problem is noticed with new or other spare battery then, you will need to get the car scanned .Auto zone cant retrieve instrument cluster codes. There scan tool is not sophisticated enough. You need a dealer or independant shop tool. It will not be a fuse issue. it will be a shorted circuit or instrument cluster assuming you retrieve codes stateing loss of power. This will help.
