Check for an injector that isn't firing or a misfire on the OBD-II computer when scanned for codes.
If one injector is not firing right, the whole car will buck. This happened to me on a 1990 Cadillac Deville that needed another computer because it wasn't firing on all 8 cylinders.

The OBD-II system should pick up what is wrong with the engine if it happens to be something else, in many cases.

Good luck on this repair.

Loses pressure when driving forward and backwards. It won't go any faster than 25 miles per hour

Sounds your catatylic converter is clogged. You will need to have the exhuast pressure tested.Or the next time you drive it for a little while stop and look under at the converter to see if its cherry red. Also put your hand behind tail pipe and feel how much pressure is coming out at idle.
