What are the factory jack/lift points for a 2005 Buick Lesabre when using a floor jack

the same as your jack in the trunk, along the rocker panel you will see a spot to set the jack. see the owners manual, Usually... just a few inches behind the front wheel and a few inches ahead of the rear wheel. it kind of looks like a tab, thats where the rocker is reinforced.

Jacking points on all Jeep vehicles

Your Jeep was supplied with a jack for emergency road repairs. This jack is fine for changing a flat tire or other short-term procedures not requiring you to go beneath the vehicle. Do not attempt to use the jack on any portions of the vehicle other than specified by the vehicle manufacturer. Always block the diagonally opposite wheel when using a jack.

Placing a floor jack under the front frame rail

Placing a floor jack under the rear frame rail at the leaf spring shackle. It may be necessary to place a block of wood between the frame rail and the jack

Supporting the front of the vehicle with jack stands placed under each frame rail

A more convenient way of jacking is the use of a garage or floor jack. You may use the floor jack at the specified points in following the illustrations.

Never place the jack under the radiator, engine or transmission components. Severe and expensive damage will result when the jack is raised. Additionally, never jack under the floorpan or bodywork; the metal will deform

Where do i place the jack on the rear end of the vehicle

Just put the jack in the middle of the frame and jack up one side at a time. Make sure this is a real floor jack and not the one included with the vehicle as it's not designed for this.

If you want to jack up the entire rear, just put the floor jack under the differential/pumpkin.

As for the front, you'd have to remove the skid plates and jack it up by the cross-member under them.
--------- Thanks. keep updated for any more can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

We can't find the rear jack points

They should be listed in your owners manual, if you don't have it,

Contact your local dealer service dept they will tell you where you can safely jack the car.

Where is jack locations

I assume you are asking where it is safe to jack the vehicle with the factory provided jack. These locations are in front of both rear wheels there are jacking points you can see because they look like re-enforced parts of the body. The same points are behind the front wheels and will look the same. If you are looking for where the jack should be located in your car it should be in the trunk under the spare tire.

Friend of mind just bought a 2006 tundra v-8 with no owners manual and cannot find where the jack is located in the truck

I just bought a 2005 Tundra Limited and had the same problem. You will find the jack under the rear passenger seat. First you must pull the handle located on the sie of the seat centered between the back and seat protion and fold down the back part of the seat. Then pull the handle located near the bottom of the seat and close to the floor. Fold the rear seat over toward the front seat and you should have full view of the storage box in the floor containing the jack. I'm still looking for a manual for this vehicle,

Jacking points

Please consult your owners manual. The manufacture is very specific about where to jack this car for safety reasons. If you do not have a manual, buy one and or talk to the dealer about this issue
