Question about 1991 Chevrolet C1500
You could have a bad fusible link or a broken wire to the starter or a bad starter or a bad neutral safety switch check for power at the starter with the key in start position if no power bad fusible link if power then check solenoid in starter if the solenoid is good then id have to say neutral safety switch
