Question about 2001 Pontiac Sunfire
This may be caused by a bad fuelpump and spraying starts because it gets power for a while and the fuel flows until pump kicks in, have the computer scanned for any stored codes to see if the computer picked up a problem if not then have a fuel preasure gauge put on the fuel rail and see if the pump has any pressure when you try to start it, if it has pressure then it may be the injectors, but if there no pressure then i would say its the pump.
