1987 Chevy k5 Blazer, heats up. The manifold gets a cherry red, and the plug wires started to melt.

check the timing of the ignition as hot exhaust is a good indication of retarded ignition timing. Fire coming out past the exhaust valves because the mixture ha been ignited too late. Have this check out fast as you run the risk of burnt valves . The timing should be about 12 degrees before TDC not 12 degrees after TDC. IT will be the cause of the engine getting hot as well.

I've tried everything my alero 2001 still running got

I am assuming you are referring to hot. I don't know what you have tried but if you have done the obvious and flushed the radiator fluid, checked the oil for sludge with water or fluid (meaning head gasket leaks) replaced the thermostat, checked the heater core because hot water travels thru that element, the last thing that might come to mind would be to check if the previous owner didn't shave the head. Some people when they do the head resurface, shave an amount that will change the heat tolerance (if the heads are aluminum) these marks should be scribed on the heads with the amounts they shaved off. This will be the last case scenario because it involves the most costly. Hope this helps. GE

THE HEAD WAS WARPED AND NEEDED SHAVE IT I TRY TO FIX OR AJUST THE VALVE JOB

If your head is warped, i would replace it. You cn get it shaved, but you might run into more spark knock (Detonation) and valve clearance issues. Adjusting the valves has nothing to do with a warped head.

After spending 880 dollors on having a head gasket water pump and radiator replaced in my 1998 pontiac sunfire 2.2 liter it has no flow thru the brand new radiator engine runs supur hot 260 degrees in 2...

YOU COULD HAVE A DEFECTIVE WATER PUMP OR THERMOSTAT ALSO RADIATOR PRESSURE CAP.MAKE SURE YOUR WATER PUMP IS BEING TURNED BY DRIVE BELT.NOT SLIPPING.MAKE SURE COOLANT SYSTEM HAS BEEN BLED AND YOU HAVE HALF ANTIFREEZE HALF WATER.CHECK YOUR CRANKCASE WHEN CAR COOLS DOWN.IF OIL STILL LOOK LIKE MILK SHAKE.YOUR NEW HEAD GASKETS LEAKING.THE MECHANIC WHO REPLACED HEAD GASKET DIDNT DECK THE HEADS.THEY PROBABLY NEED SHAVED A LITTLE SO HEAD GASKET WILL SEAL.

I have a 1997 Chevrolet K1500 5.0 I recently replaced the intake manifold and now it will not start. Any help would be great...

Have the cylinder heads been 'shaved' for higher compression? If so, the new manifold must be 'shaved' as well to fit to the heads properly. Otherwise, there is a large vacuum leak at the ports. Try putting the old manifold back on and see if it runs ok.

Engine oil leaking into radiator

you either have a cracked block or the head job they did is not good. It is very easy to screw up a head job. Also they may not have put in the right gasket. If they had to shave a lot of the head off, then you need a thicker gasket. If they used the standard head gasket will break or leak again.
