Take it to a shop, have them put it up on a lift and find the wet spot on the tank, it leads back to the hole. Often times these occur when road residue and trash build up and trap moisture on top of the tank, or between the bottom of the tank and a cover or or skid plate.

My son has a 1995 Ford F150 5.0 dual tank truck. there are two issues that i am having, 1. The truck leaks gas bad and can not find the location of the leak. 2. It seem that the two tanks have been...

If you're doing it yourself, what you do is find a good spot to park it where you can wiggle under it and you crawl around and find the leak. You're going to be under there for a few minutes so make it a comfortable spot.

If the truck leaks all the time, running or shut off, then you'll find the leak at a level lower than the tank or in the tank itself.
If it only leaks when running then it's going to be a fuel line, the valve that switches tanks (likely) the lines coming out of the tank (also likely) or under the hood somewhere. Find the wet spot and look up from there, that's how you start. Maybe the leak isn't obvious, if it's dripping off the frame or a crossmember then you have to look around and see where it's coming from. If it's dripping off the tank, only when the fuel is being pumped, then you'll find rotten steel lines coming out of the top of the tank.

With a truck of this age, you can solve a lot of current and future problems by buying enough 3/16" or 1/4" fuel hose and just replacing all the fuel line between the tank and the motor. Zip-tie it to the frame as you go, don't pinch it hard- just enough that it can't move and wear a hole in the hose. Keep the hose where it's safe from road debris- on the top rear of crossmembers and tucked back into the lower corner of the frame rails.

Gas is shooting from inside of gas tank over muffler, when you try and start dodge caravan

Sounds like one of the lines from the fuel pump is leaking. They come attached to the fuel filter. Replace the fuel filter.

Gas leaken new tank 94 4 runner think its fuel pump seal but dont wanna drop tank if dont have to found axcess pannel under rear passenger seat but dont see fuel pump to see if thats where its leaking from...

If the smell is coming from the back of the vehicle then it could be leaking from the return line or the filler hose. I would check the fuel filler hose first since you can probably get at it wihtout dropping the tank. You might be able to get to the return line as well which is a small hose that goes to the tank from the fuel pressure regulator to return unused fuel. If the smell is coming from the front of the vehicle I would inspect all of the fuel lines and the inline fuel filter if you have one installed and verify that none of the hose is damaged and all clamps are tight. Check your injector rail and make sure it is not leaking where it provided fuel to the injectos and check your injectors seat to see if there is any evidence of fuel leakage.

If you can't find any leaks in those locations then you are gonna have to drop the tank and check the pump.

My car leaking fuel only time it seems to leak is when its on a slanted surface , when ever i put gas in the car it doesnt leak out when i run the car it will start to leak... and seems to make my gas tank...

You may have a hole on your tank that at certain car position and how the tank is filled up your gas comes out of that hole. The gas may also coming out of the fixed holes of the tank such us the outlet for the fuel lines. You may want to check on that while inspecting the tank
