Question about 2003 Jeep Liberty
Your catalitic converter could be clogging up. you can hit it and if it rattles it is bad, onther way to make sure is to remove an o2 sensor in front of it, if your problem goes away, then you know for sure it's the converter. what it is doing is restricting the air flow. One other thing I can think of is that sometimes coils can heat up and have those symtems too.
