On the 1999 Ford Expedition I would check the Universal Joints and any Driveline components which could be 'binding' in turns.

Does it seem to be binding in the rear end area or the front?

When you say 'binding' do you mean that it seems like a universal joint could be wearing out, and twisting the suspension in funny ways?

There's something worn out, it sounds like. Have you had it checked out on a lift?

Every time I stop and then excelerate on my 2004 sienna the brake light come on for about 30 seconds and then goes off- it does that when I turn a corner too... any suggestions?

check that the brake fluid reservoir is full of brake fluid. There is usually a float switch in the reservoir which turns on the brake light when the reservoir is near empty. the float will react to accel/decel and turns.

If it is a 4x4 it could be the transfer case. Mine used to do that before I overhauled the transfer case

Clunking noises during acceleation, steering wheel went out,and leaking fluid. What could this be?

Some 99+ GM vehicles have problems with the intermediate steering shaft. There is a special grease that goes in the shaft but on some it leaks out and causes a "clunking" or vibration in the steering. If it is leaking power steering fluid then that can be solved by finding the source and replacing the part. The pump could leak, the line from the pump could leak and the steering rack itself could leak. Need to find out which one is the problem first.

A clunk during acceleration is likely in the drive train. Could be a loose universal joint or a lot of play in the differential.

Front end shake . especially when torque on front end

Check the motor mounts, they tend to go bad on this vehicle. If they are ok, you may have a inner cv joint that is binding.
