Where is the engine torque rod located on a 94 chevy corsica 3.1 liter v6 automatic.?

On the 94 Corsica it has a Torque Strut mount 688_pioneer_632782_2__ra_p.jpg

If this is what you talking about it's an engine mount which stops the engine from tilting when you pull away. Look at the picture and look for it on your car ...

How much oil does a 94 corsica 3.1 v-6 with filter hold

My info for engine oil and filter change, 4.5 quarts. You could put in about 4 quarts, start the engine let oil circulate, kill the engine, let the oil settle for a bit, check oil level on dipstick. Add oil to the full mark on dipstick, hopefully the dipstick is correct.
I looked at info on chevy Corsica.

I have a 94 chevy corsica. When I put it in drive it begins jerking and making a loud banging sound. I can drive it short distances but it runs hot if I go to far. Also when I put it in reverse it runs...

You probably need a new or used transmission. It would be too expensive to rebuild the one you have. It would be over $1,000, plus the labor of removing and replacing the transaxle.
A used transmission with even a short warranty would cost a few hundred dollars. So, a much cheaper route than a rebuild.
