This is diffuclt with out any info, make ,model, year, ect. i will do my best, the first thing would be to find out if its loosing fuel or spark, or if the car is starting and stalls but restarts right back up then you may have a idle problem, i would cleean the throttlebody and the plate then spray cleaner into the idle air control valve vac port to clear any carbon build up, try thses things first, most times it just a dirty throtle or bad iac valve good luck and hope this helps.

There should be a fuel check valve on the fuel rail you can hook up a pressure gage to see if you are losing fuel pressure if not may not be fuel related.

Jeep will not start

First thing i would do is change the fuel filter. diesels need them changed more often then a gas engine. if that doesnt help it could be the injector pump\ fuel pump. pull a fuel line off somewhere at the engine ( at an injector ) have someone turn it over and make sure its getting fuel

I have a 1999 Buick Park Avenue when I start it before It get started good it cuts off but starts back up & run great after until I start have to start it again I changed the starter on it after that...

could be many things, faulty fuel pump or idle air control valve going bad causing no idle.do a code scan replace fuel filter, replace spark plugs and wires if they have not been replaced.a bad fuel injector and slipped timing chain will cause vechicle no to start.but do a code scan first.if all is good replace plugs, wires and fuel filter do a little tune up that will tell you if you have engine mechanical problems.

My jeep keeps cutting off could it be my fuel line

sounds like the fuel filter is clogging up. if fuel filter is clooged up, usually when car is turned off the dirt from filter settles on bottom. then when it is started the dirt is up to filter and it glogs up.
