It's hidden behind the front ashtray. You have to remove the ashtray to access the port.

Well it would be helpfull to see what codes are stored in the airbag computer, but its interesting that the horn and cruise arn't working. Maybe before spending the money on having the codes scanned, i would check all the fuses, just incase.

There is an error/fault within your transmission. Have the vehicle's computer scanned for the fault code, autozone does this for free!!

all of these lights and speedo not working matbe related, you may have a bad speed sensor, but the first thing you need to do is have the codes pulled from the computer . this will give a generally idea of where the problem may be,may need to have a shop scan it.

Randomly cuts off while driving.

Have the code read from the computer at any auto parts store. That will help point you in the right direction and at least eliminate some possibilities.

Error code 41 on 1994 honda accord

A 41 error is your throttle positioning sensor, its a electrical sensor hooked to your injectors telling them how much gas/air to be releasing as u accelerate/deccelerate. Best and only way to fix it is to buy a new sensor. Then reset the cars computer at a diagnostics shop for little or no cost.

The D4 light blinking indicates there is a diagnostic trouble code stored. When a malfunction occurs, the vehicle computer records the code and stores it,then flashes the D4 light to let you KNOW there is a problem. On pre OBD 2 Honda vehicles,1995 and back,Hondas are manual code read, which means you do NOT hook up a scan tool as there is no scan port. The passenger side front kick panel is removed, and a blue 2 wire connector located.Use a jumper wire to short out the connector, then turn the ignition key on,with engine off,not running. This throws the computer into self diagnostic mode, and the D4 or "s" light will flash a series of flashes. The flashes have to be counted, and written down. For example,2 flashes followed by 4 flashes would be a code 24.The code is then looked up with reference material for a description and diagnostic route.Every diagnostic trouble code, has a diagnostic route, for repairing the problem.Again, this informtion, the diagnostic route,is available in reference material from pay sources like All Data Online. After the repair is made, the battery is disconnected to clear the code.Good luck.
