Some times van will start on its own, with out key in ignition , if i touch brakes engine stops.
You have the same problem as MILLIONS Americans.
Solution: Change your mechanic, He connected your brakes to your HORN (yes your ***** horn) , and the short circuit is with the wire that runs from your relay to your horn.
Probably from now on your engine will not stop , your car will finally stops and you will stop been a annoyance .

Woah! Did you buy the van new? I ask this to see if you had a remote starter installed. Chrysler products are notorius for electrial problems, but it could be a remote starter wired improperly. Even if you didn't use the remote starter, if wired improperly, or a wire was shorting out somewhere, it could be responsible for your haunted van behavior. countrycurt0
