Question about Mercedes-Benz C-Class
The brake switch is located on the brake pedal, under the dash. they can go bad, come loose, and need readjusted. All it is , is a push button type switch, and they can be readjusted. they are usually held on with a cotter pin and easy to replace and adjust. Not knowiing what year you have, newer models run the brake lights thru the turn signal switch after the brake switch. this too can be bad. Try the brake switch first. Let me know(unless that fixes it) And we can go from there.
