I'm assuming that you have "multi-switch" for this (headlights and winshield wipers), its possible that this multi switch go to bad and need replace it. First check wires aren't loss orn any ground there.

Tell us news.

    Multi-Function (Combination) Switch - REMOVAL & INSTALLATAION

Should any function of the switch fail, the entire switch assembly must be replaced.

Fig. Components of the multi-function switch (click for zoom)

    1. Set the steering wheel and the front wheels to the straight ahead position.
The Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system must be disarmed before working around the steering column. Failure to do so may cause accidental deployment of the air bags, resulting in unnecessary SIR system repairs and/or personal injury.

    2. Disable the SIR system. Refer to Air Bag (Supplemental Restraint System), disarming the system.
    3. Remove the steering column lower cover retaining screws.
    4. Loosen the lower section of the instrument cluster hood for clearance, as necessary.
    5. Remove the steering column upper cover.

Fig. Remove the multi-function switch mounting screws

    6. Remove the multi-function switch mounting screws.
    7. Disconnect the wiring connectors from the multi-function switch.
    8. Lift the multi-function switch upward to remove.
The turn signal flasher and hazard warning flasher are combined into one unit called a combination flasher (combo-flasher). An inoperative or incomplete turn signal circuit will result in an increase in flasher speed. The flasher, which is serviced separately from the switch, is mounted to the back of the multi-function (combination) switch. The flasher is black in color for ease of identification.

    To install:

    1. Install the multi-function switch.
    2. Attach the wiring connectors.
    3. Install the multi-function switch mounting screws and tighten to 20 inch lbs. (2 Nm).
    4. Install the steering column covers as follows:
    1. Install the upper cover onto the steering column.
    2. Tighten the lower part of the instrument cluster hood.
    3. Install the lower steering column cover retaining screws and tighten to 17 inch lbs. (2 Nm).

    5. Enable the SIR system. Refer to Air Bag (Supplemental Restraint System), arming the system.
    6. Test the switch functions.

Try to look in THIS LINK for right part replacement amd search in ELECTRICAL (Chassis>> Sitches) section as MULTI FUNCTION SWITCH.

    Hope this helps.

    Disarming the System

    1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.

    2. Wait 2 minutes to allow the system capacitor to fully discharge before servicing the vehicle.

Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable before beginning
any airbag system component diagnosis, testing, removal, or installation
procedures. Allow system capacitor to discharge for two minutes before
beginning any component service. This will disable the airbag system.
Failure to disable the airbag system may result in accidental airbag
    deployment, personal injury, or death.

    Do not place an intact
undeployed airbag face down on a solid surface. The airbag will propel
into the air if accidentally deployed and may result in personal injury
    or death.

When carrying or handling an undeployed airbag, the trim
side (face) of the airbag should be pointing towards the body to
minimize possibility of injury if accidental deployment occurs. Failure
to do this may result in personal injury or death.

    Replace airbag
system components with OEM replacement parts. Substitute parts may
appear interchangeable, but internal differences may result in inferior
occupant protection. Failure to do so may result in occupant personal
    injury or death.

Wear safety glasses, rubber gloves, and long
sleeved clothing when cleaning powder residue from vehicle after an
airbag deployment. Powder residue emitted from a deployed airbag can
cause skin irritation. Flush affected area with cool water if irritation
is experienced. If nasal or throat irritation is experienced, exit the
vehicle for fresh air until the irritation ceases. If irritation
    continues, see a physician.

Do not use a replacement airbag that
is not in the original packaging. This may result in improper
    deployment, personal injury, or death.

    The factory installed
fasteners, screws and bolts used to fasten airbag components have a
special coating and are specifically designed for the airbag system. Do
not use substitute fasteners. Use only original equipment fasteners
listed in the parts catalog when fastener replacement is required.

    Good luck.

Replacing headlight bulbs on a 2006 chrysler sebring

Behind the headlight you should see a eletrical wires running to the headlight section. There will be a 2 inch round plastic ring. You grap the back of the bulb and turn it to the right which will release the bulb and the socket. You pull out the bulb and replace it the same way. If this doesnt help then get back to me.
