Question about Jaguar XJ6
Wow now thats good one ,it depends where its broke of course as this vehicle has two locks ,but if its broke under the dash on the pull handle then a pair of pliars on the end of the cable will open it ,now as their are two cables they pull from a central point which could be under the dash but iam not sure as i have not had to sort one out as yet ,,worse comes to the worse then its a coat hanger from underneath the car ,Now some of these vehicles have one long cable with a connection for the first lock then cable continues to the farthest lock ,Just been out to garage to look at my XJ6 and my model a 1994 has two cables ,remove the trim under the dash by the bonnet pull and see what you have as although i do have a manual it it not showing the bonnet pull mechanism ,best advice is take the trim off as stated and have a good look
