There are many selenoids in the transmisson they are all inside, you must remove the transmission pan in-order to acess the seienoids.

Turned key and got nothing. Got home by unplugging wire Harness and jumping selenoid. Do I need a new key switch or selenoid?

What wire harness did you unplug? If you left the key on and the jump the selenoid switch and it started then your key switch should be ok.. I'd change the starter switch..which is what they call them on that year.. I've a 95' Ford Aerostar that was doing the same thing few years back.
