Check for 12 volts at the motor connector. If yes, with wiper switch on, repalce motor.

I have a 98 dodge ram 1500 4x4 and I am having problems with the windsheild wipers. I changed the motor and the switch and still doesn't work! I checked the fuse and that's good. What could it be?

Could be the switch, Check at the wiper motor to see if you have power. a volt meter works really good for this .. If there is power comning to the switch and no power leaving it the switch is bad.
I suggest checking all electrical connections before replacing any parts.

I would check the flasher control unit in the fuse box on the driverside under the dash and on the rear wiper it is either a fuse or the motor may be bad
and for "guest" I would check to make sure that the brake bulbs are good and if they are check the brake switch behind the brake pedal under the dash
