2001 expediction change spark pulgs

The spark plugs are located in the valve covers dwon in wells under the individual ignition coils,(8 of them), the coils have a 2 wire connector going to them, careful unlatch the connector lock and remove the connector male end, then remove the on 8mm machine screw that retains each coil to the valve cover stand off, only do one at a time, twist the coil back and forth to break the bond of the rubber boot to the spark plug insulator and gently pull up while you do this, DO NOT FORCE IT or you will have to replace the coil assembly to get a new boot. The job takes about 2-3 hours.

I changed the starter and the spark pulges and the car still wont start the battery and altenater are good

Make sure you have spark .And make sure there is not a fuel system problem .If there is no spark it might have a bad sensor that triggers it there sometimes located at the crankshaft or cam.To test for fuel I usually pull the air cleaner top off an shoot a little starting fluid in only use a little amount .To much may cause damage to the vehicle.

Cyldiner #2 not firing. I changed the spark plug wires and the spark plugs but it didn't fix the problem.

it sounds like you have a bad coil pack on that cylinder, chase #2 spark pulg wire to coil pack to find which coil needs replacement.
