How do I adjust the headlights on a 2010 Miata

Inside the engine bay, behind each headlamp is a white plastic funnel looking thing with a gear inside. Use a large phillips head driver to turn the gear inside. Go to your local fire station and back up a ways raise or lower to your liking.

Mx-5 pops out of first gear

The shake might be tires out of round, or out of balance. If it shakes while depressing the brake pedal, your rotors may be out of round.
As far as popping out of gear, if the shifter or linkage (If you have it) is hitting, and not "free" might be an issue, otherwise syncro's in the gear box may be worn.

I pulled the wrong pin on a friends 2002 Mazda Miata 6 speed (to drain transmission fluid). Accidently pulled the gear pin for the right hand side gears (5th, 6th, and reverse). We can't find how to...

you will need to take the trans out and maybe get it back by looking through the shifer hole...maybe. I would take it to mazda ( or a shop that works on a lot of Miatas) and hope they can do it easily. . The drain is on the bottom, how did that get confused?
