Hello, To the rear of the wood grain where the switches are, you should have a small piece of carpet that you just pull up and get it out of the way. You should see 1 screw. Remove the screw and gently pull up on the back of the wood grain. Now you will be able to change the switch.

if you cant find any plastic that pops out and has screws underneath carpet inside center console if any, try pulling the switch itself and or assembly out. hit contacts with an eraser. and your favorite stuff. get a good manual.
