Wheel bearing on my 2000 echo

You have to remove your wheel, suspension arm and track rod from the hub then remove wheel hub. You then remove the bearing from it and fit a new one, sounds easy? It isn't. Unless you have the correct tools and equipment I advise you get a mechanic to fix this one or you could mess up the new bearing.
Tools needed: Various spanners and sockets, hammers, ball joint splitter, hydraulic press and various drifts, Puller and maybe a grinder.

We broke the lugs on our toyota echo how do we

Lugs?. I guess are the wheel studs(Im in australia)
First see if toyota sells the lugs separately, if yes you can use a punch to remove the last broken bit, the new ones are installed by packing with washers and using the wheel nut to pull them back into place.
If you cant buy lugs separately, you will need a new hub from the dismantlers

How to change a rear wheel bearing on a 1994 toyota camry

The rear wheel bearing on a toyota camry is replaced by replacing the wheel bearing and hub as a unit. this is a design change as compare to older models with two piece wheel bearings. Scotch drive wheels. Remove rear wheel. Remove rear brake drum. (note: if emergency brakes are applied you will not be able to remove brake drum) Remove dust cap and hub retaining nut. Hub should slide off as unit. Replace hub with new unit. Installation is reverse of removal.

Trying to remove and replace rear brake rotors

First, make sure your parking brake is off.
Remove the rear caliper and then the brake pad housing. In the center hub of the rotor the parking brake shoes are located. The may need to be loosen first. There is a hole between 2 of the studs you need to align at the bottom. Look in the hole with a flashlight and find the star wheel. Use a screw driver to turn the wheel up a few turns to loosen the parking brake shoes from the rotor hub.
After that there are 2 threaded holes in the rotor near the studs you put two 8mm bolts in and slowly tighten each and it will pull the rotor off the hub. They rust up pretty bad so use penetrating oil on them.
