Question about 1999 Pontiac Grand Am GT

1 Answer

Just bought 98 Grand Am GT. Someone pulled all the fuses on the dash. Need to know which sized fuses go in which slot. Owners Manual is on order but cannot wait.

Look on back side of the fuse panel cover or owners manual.

Where are fuses for air and heater for 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis

Under the dash,on the drivers side is the fuse panel. You need an owners manual to tell you what fuse feeds what. When I don't have the manual, I pull them all and look to see if they are bad. Pulling them takes care of corrosion problems, that test lights won't catch.

LOOKING FOR A FUSE BOX DIAGRAM FOR 2004 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX GT

It's under the hood, on the driver's side, under a square, black box with a lightning symbol on it. Loosen the flower-shaped screw that holds the lid of the box down, remove the lid, flip it upside down and when you look at the inside of the lid, you'll see a map of all your car's fuses. There's also a fuse diagram on the very end of the dash, but it's accessible only when you open the driver's side door. When you're driving, that end of the dash is blocked by the closed door.

No trun signals and emergency flashers

The fuse panel is located to the left of the steering column, and is hung from the instrument panel. To expose the fuse panel, pull the release bar up with right hand and pull panel down with left hand and remove cover.

Replace the blown fuse with the same amp number listed on the old one.

Front and rear turn signals use slot 1 with a 15 amp fuse.

Cruise control 1998 plymouth grand voyager fuse block diagram

Hello chekon,

Thank you for choosing fixya.com. The fuse box cover should have a diagram on the back of it, which will indicate which fuse represents it's component(s). If you are unsure what any abbreviations stand for or represent, look in your owners manual, or look in a service manual for the 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager. I also own a 98 Plymouth Grand Voyager (SE) and have a service manual for it, as well as for the 97 Dodge Caravan. My 98 has the 3.0 L engine, and I have done several maintenance requirements to it recently, so if you have any other questions, please let me know and I'll help you out.

Let me know if you need me to locate any fuses or relays for you. In the meantime, I'll do some searching online for some diagrams. Most sites charge for such items, however, if I find something I'll leave a comment with such findings.

Thank you again for choosing fixya.com.

My dash lighs have gone out and I don't have an owners manual to explain the fuse lay-out under the hood or under the right side of the glove box

if you can not find a fuse box schematic, you can always use an ohm meter to test your fuses, or do it the old fashioned way. pull each fuse out one at a time and chek them to see if they are ok. just pay close attention to which fuse socket you take it out of and put it back in the same one, that's why I suggest one at a time.

Do you have the owners manual, so spots are left open on purpose.
