Question about 2001 Honda Odyssey

The light check is ON, i would like to know wath is the problem? we put the scan at the veicle and said that the problem is the converter 740, so we want to know why its happening this problem!!

You could have a bad torque converter lockup solenoid. The solenoid is located on top of the torque
converter housing(bell housing) close to the engine. Check the connections at the solenoid and check the wires, make sure that they are not broken-shorted or pinched. Hope this helps

How do I determine which sensor I need to replace to turn off check engine light?


The only one way to determine this is making and scanned the PCM; with this tool you could knowed really the fault code in there and exactly wath in the bad sensor.

Check engine light code tcc 740


A tcc 740 is a code for a torque converter clutch problem. This is either the torque converter itself or the control part of the TCC system. dodge's have an issue with transmissions of this generation and in most cases when the code 740 sets, the transmission will need to be replaced.-------

Volvo 740 engine shutting off intermittently


sounds like a broken wire, but i cant say where, on ignition, fuel pump, under dash, quik scan could save alot of time an money
