Remove the wheel, brakes including attaching parts,Remove the spindle at the top section so the axle will have the room needed to be taken out. The inboard side of the axle will pry out and simply snap in during this process. A retaining ring is snapped onto the inner shaft to lock in place. Leave the ring on and do not remove if the new replacement one has on installed

You will need to loosen the upper ball joint, take the nut off and apply some upwards pressure and then hit the spindle with a hammer and it will allow you to remove the hub out enough to remove your CV axle. Click on the link below to view the picture diagram

With the wheel on the ground, loosen the lug nuts on the side you are working on. Raise the vehicle and support in on jack stands. take off the wheel(s). Using a deep socket (I think it is a 1-3/8" deep wall) and using a long breaker bar remove the axle nut. You can use a pry bar and wedge in between the wheel studs to help keep the hub from turning and break loose the axle nut. Unbolt the bottom of the shock pull it out of you way. Disconnect the tie-rod end, remove the bolts (5 or 6) attaching the tri-pot housing to the drive flange, push or flex the axle downward. Remove the drive axle, if the splines are stuck you can use a 2 jaw puller to press the axle out of the hub. If you have to use a puller you will have to remove the brake disk / caliper assy. Hope this helps you. Please be careful.

Four posts? Really? Buy a cheap shop manual, as the procedure has some hazards and is too involved for someone to spell it all out here.

POPPING AND CLICKING AND ROARING ON LEFT FRONT WHEEL

Well it sounds like your left front cv axle needs replaced, the boot sometimes gets ripped on the axle and flings all the grease out and when the joint gets dry it clicks. The only other thing that could do that is the left front wheel bearing so look and see if the axle boot is ripped if it is its the axle,if not it's probabley the wheel bearing that needs replaced.
