Sounds like the windshield is leaking. Run water over the windshield and have someone get inside car and look for the leak. Alternatively take it to a reputable windshield repair shop and have them check it.

06 wrangler leaks on drivers side floor when it rains

I had the same problem, but on the passenger side. This may help. Look on the inside under the door for a seam where the two body panels meet. The seam should be tight, but mine had a good size gap and the water was coming in there. I took a tube of caulk and kept squeezing it in until it came out. No more leaks and I used to get a lake on the floor.

Leaking inside the car everytime it rains

There is probably a drainage hole underneath the cowling under your windshield wipers. They're supposed to allow the water to drain out into the wheel well. See if the passengers side is plugged up. Collected water has to go somewhere and it will always find a place.

Water in drivers side footwells front & rear

What about a leaking heater core... If the defroster is on and your winshield fogs up temporarily when the car is first started, that is a good indication of a heater core thats leaking water inside the car... Have that checked, Im guessing its your problem..

Check the door rubber and the plastic weather seal behind the door trim on the inside of the door, if it has been removed or not resealed properly it will allow water to enter into the car.
Your front window may need to be resealed and there is a possibility that you may have rust around the bottom part of the window opening
hope this helps
