1992 Fleetwood P30 motorhome I change the fuel pump it was working and then all of a sudden all my power to my dash lights went out I jumped solenoid and got power back to my dashboard now my fuel

You need an electrician. He will probably need a wiring diagram to figure out what circuit has the malfunction. Have you checked to make sure the fuel pump fuse has not blown?
By jumping the solenoid, do you mean you bypassed it? I don't even know what solenoid you are referring to.
The pump circuit, if like other GM vehicles of those years, probably has a fuel pump relay (under the hood) and a fuel pump fuse- probably a 15 amp blue fuse, could be under the hood or under the dash. If you check all fuses, then find the pump relay, now you can check there for power available to the relay. The pcm is what signals this relay on. Does your pcm have power? Does your check engine light come on when you turn the key to ON?

Dont know which fuse operates fuel pump

) Unplug the main relay and then turn the key from off to ON(II).

2) Use a jumper wire or paperclip to jump terminal 1 to terminal 7 in the main relay plug. Does the fuel pump run?

3) Now use the jumper wire or paperclip to jump terminal 5 to terminal 7 in the main relay plug. Does the fuel pump run?

Do not panic until you try it again with the correct relay. My hope is that the modified relay cause a miss communication to your computer. Once the correct on is in place it may correct itself. If not you may have burned out a computer component. This however is only a guess since I do not have a wiring diagram to consult.

For fuel pump relay which is hot and negative to jump wire to fuel pump

I had a burnt connector (twice) between the relay in the trunk and the fuel pump. Had to bypass the ground lead and take it straight to ground. Then the battery side burnt out and had to replace both connectors with male/female spade connectors.

I have replaced my fuel pump and fuel pump relay and the car(1988 Lincoln Town Car) ran fine for two months. Now it will not start. The fuel pump relay has 4.6 volts when the ignition is on, it is not...

Have to look at a wiring diagram to figure that out

At least I would.

Does the relay energize in your hand,
with batt & grd on coil & ohm meter on
it's contacts, to see if their burnt?

e.g. do you need 12 + volt for it to work

Your looking for a voltage drop ---maybe

Don't rule out the ignition switch it gets a lot of use

The fuel pump wires are positive: pink/black and negative=black. Pull the connector, turn the key on, and check these with a test light. Your pump power runs through the PCM.

No power going the fuel pump on 1991 honda accord what should i do

If you have verified a no power condition by pulling the tank and measuring the power signal to the pump then either your fuel pump relay is bad, or you have a bad fuse, or a broken wire somewhere in between.

My guess is that the fuel pump no longer comes on when you turn the key to the on position and that you havent dropped the tank to inspect the pump yes? If this is so you may have a bad fuel pump as well. What I would do is check the fuses for the fuel pump and make sure they are not blown. Then I would check out the relay, visually inspect it, the top should come off of it, look for any burnt wire traces and components inside the relay, you may be surprised to find other relays in your car are the same as the fuel pump relay. Swap one of those out with the fuel pump relay and see if that fixes the problem, this will save you the money of buying a new relay before you know it is your problem. If the relay appears good then you may have to drop the tank and install a new pump. Some vehicles have harnesses under the hood which allow you to feed power directly to the fuel pump so you can test it to make sure it is good before you drop the tank. Some don't. You can feed power directly to the fuel pump by jumping the pins on the relay, I am not familiar with the pinout on your cars relay however and could not advise you which pins to jump to feed power directly to the pump. Get a chiltens or haynes manual, they should have wiring diagrams in them.

First unhook the battery for about a half hour to reset the computer.
does that have anti-theft on it.
a remote starter ?
second either swap the relays for the starter and fuel pump or replace them outright.
when you bypass the relay to get it to crank... will it start ?

Robert

if that radio is of the anti-theft variety make sure you know the code and how to enter it
