Question about 1999 Ford Expedition
Automakers are using the new clamps on hoses. there is a tool you can buy($50.00) that removes these clamps when you can't get to them with pliers. Your options are to purchase the tool or startpulling the radiator up far enough to access the clamp. If you do the latter then replace the clamp with a good screw type. Good luck
