If you have had an alignment and it's still there, take it back, they should have fixed it in the alignment process, or at least told you that you have other issues to address first. and not align your car.
I have done alignments and if there are parts that are to loose you can't do the alignment. Some times there are issues in the rear on the car that has to be fixed, they should have caught that too.
The purpose of an alignment is to make the car go down the road straight and not pull to one side, also to level out the steering wheel.

Poor steering on my 1995 Toy Camry. How can I troubleshoot that?

Have you checked the power steering container, to make sure you have power steering fluid in it?
The steering will be feeling heavy, and hard to steer the car, if the power steering fluid is too low, or empty.

Hello. Welcome to FixYa. Please allow us to assist you.

On my Camry, I have Nexxens fitted.

Personally, I feel that these are fantastic tires. Not much road noise, they hold the highway pretty good, and they wear nicely.

Choosing Nexxan tires is my recomendation.

Thanks for using FixYa for assistance.

I have a 1994 Toyota Camry wagon that the brake lights do not work. I have tried replacing the bulbs, break light switch and nothing. Is there a common place that the wiring fails that I should check...

In the rear side panel there is a I believe it is white box that controls the brake lights. Remove the rear panel to gain access to this and check to see if you have voltage input when you have someone hitting the brakes. If so check to see if any voltage is going out. If not than the control box is faulty. Will need to get this from the dealership. Hope this helps. By the way it is the leftside panel I believe. That is where it is in the four door sedan.

Where can i locate the power steering "stuff" in a 1995 Toyota Camry? The steering is hard one minute and smooth the next...

If the power comes on and off, in all probability it is not a mechanical failure. Seems like the belt that drives the steering pump is loose, and when extra power is required, such as in a tight turn, then it slips and stops providing power assistance. Poke the belt with a finger to see if it loose, and tighten it accordingly. These pumps do not require much power, and the belt does not require to be extremely tense. By trial and error, tighten it bit by bit until it stops slipping. Over tensioning will provoke a failure of the pump pulley. Also check if the pulley or belt have grease on them, because that will contribute to slipping.

I have to replace car battery (side mount) for saturn ls sedan .. how do i remove existing battery..nothing appears obvious ie. straps, bolts, etc...

Yes, the black box in front of the battery is in the way at first. It seemed like I needed to really force the box, but it slides up off the metal bracket that holds it. Once you get that off the bolt that holds the battery hold down is right there. I used large pliars, but I'm sure a socket set would be easier.

Seemed needlessly complicated. Cars with the over the battery bracket are much easier...
