Question about 1995 Dodge Neon
I have a similar problem. I understand the key off and on three times to find the code. My question is where online do you find what the code means? My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks

Your neon has a on board diagnostic . try it and it will tell you the code' check the code on-line or in a manual. To do this you turn the key the on but don't start it then off again do it 3 time fast then count the blinks of the check engine light. The number of blinks is your code

I have the same problem, and it turns out, there's a gaping hole in the side of my container. Any quick-fixes, at least until I get paid next week?

Sounds like it could be an overheating problem. Have you checked your coolant levels? Could also be a faulty sensor, which would need to be diagnosed by a mechanic.
